The St. Francis Police Department Citizen Academy is a program designed to give participants a first hand look at the St. Francis Police Department. Its’ designed to improve communication with the citizens and the police department. It can help increase
citizen awareness of a police officer’s job responsibilities.

The next academy starts Wednesday, March 28, 2012. Classes are Wednesday nights
from 6-9pm. The Academy will run for 9 weeks. Applications are available at the police department.

The St. Francis Police Department is pleased to announce the addition of a new feature on our web site. Individuals wishing to pay for your tickets on line may now do so by visiting our Pay Ticket tab at the top of the site. You will need to register the first time you pay a ticket.

Synthetic Cannabis and Synthetic Marijuana Ordinance:(1296)

Synthetic Cannabinoids and Synthetic Marijuana Ordinance 1296, section 338.22 was recently passed by the Common Council. It's now illegal in the City of St. Francis to either sell, use, or possess the above. Any person violating this ordinance shall be subject to a forfeiture of not less than $100.00 or more than $1500.00.
